Title: Is there a size limit on the emails I can send/receive?

Yes, the limit is 50MB per email. We have set this limit as a safety measure, as some types of attack send out many very large files which can shut down your email service. If you need to send, or someone needs to send you a larger email, try the following:

  1. Use a 'zip' application such as Windows zip application or WinZip to compress the attachments into a zip file, which will reduce the file size significantly.
  2. If the email contains more than one attachment, send the attachments in separate emails.
  3. Some email software allows a message to be broken up into parts which works with many attachments.
