Advanced spam filtering
Unfortunately spam is a huge problem internet-wide and effects most email users. Having a personalised email address significantly reduces the risk of receiving unwanted mail, but our service also comes with advanced multi-layered spam prevention tools to help avoid annoying spam emails. Firstly we check and filter your emails against a list of known spammers, eliminating the vast majority of unwanted mail. Flexible storage
Our packages include a 50MB mailbox with EVERY email address you setup. This is usually plenty for most email users (some well-known free email providers only give you around 2MB of disk space!). Webmail
Webmail allows you to send and receive your emails simply by logging in through our website. This means you can login to your Webmail from any computer with internet access, anywhere in the world! Our Webmail facility comes with every email address that you setup, giving you the choice to use your email account, wherever you are.

Webmail is packed with features such as address book, spell check, email templates, search, calendars, to-do lists, notebook and more. Your Webmail also comes with a choice of four colour schemes which you can easily change whenever you like.

Use your favourite email software
With our service you can use your favourite email software to send and receive your emails. We provide you with full instructions and support, making it quick and easy to get started. Easy 'My Account' area
When you have purchase an email package, you can login to My Account which gives you easy access to all the tools you need to use your account, in one central place. You can login to webmail or your control panel, setup more email addresses, upgrade your package, view and amend your details, view the service status and more.

Autoresponder/Autoreply
If you would like an automatic reply to be sent to emails you receive, then setting up an autoresponder or vacation message is easy using your control panel. Click here for more details.

Unlimited Aliases
Setting up an alias allows you to receive emails for a different username as well as your main username. For example if your email address was you@yourname.com, you could setup an alias such as 'email' and then any emails sent to email@yourname.com will be received to your account. This is different to having separate addresses because all the mail is received into the same mailbox. If you require different addresses where people can send and receive just their own mail, then our Email5 and Email20 packages offer multiple addresses. Email Forwarding
You may wish to have all your emails forwarded to a different email address, such as your ISP or free address. You can setup forwarding using your control panel - see here.

SMTP
With all our packages you get full use of our SMTP outgoing mail servers.
