Note: There are two types of password - your overall package password used for logging into the My Account area of our site, and your email address password(s) used for logging into Webmail or with email software.

To change your overall package password (for 'My Account' login):
  1. Log into My Account.
  2. Click "Change Password", then select "Change package security password".
  3. Enter your details and click Change Password.

To reset your email address password(s) (for Webmail/email software login):
You can change the login password for your email address at any time.

  1. Log in to your Webmail.
  2. Click the arrow next to your email address in the top right of the screen, then select 'Password & Security'.
  3. Type your new password into the 'New Password' box, or click the Password Generator button.
  4. The strength indicator will tell you if your password is secure enough. If not, try a mix of lowercase and uppercase letters and add numbers until the indicator turns green.
  5. Retype your password into the 'Confirm New Password' box and then click the 'Save' button.
  6. IMPORTANT: If you use email software to login, you should now IMMEDIATELY update the password in your email software (in BOTH the incoming settings AND outgoing authentication settings) on ALL computers & mobile devices that login to this address, otherwise you may get locked out.
