Question Title Setup email forwarding
You can setup forwarding for your email address in Webmail.

If you would like to forward emails to another address AND keep a copy of the emails in your account too:

  1. Log in to your Webmail.
  2. Click the arrow next to your email address in the top right of the screen, then select 'Forwarders'.
  3. Click the 'Add Forwarder' button.
  4. Enter the email address that you want your email to be forwarded to.
  5. Click the 'Add Forwarder' button.

If you would like to forward emails to another address and NOT keep a copy of the emails in your account:

  1. Log in to your Webmail.
  2. Click the arrow next to your email address in the top right of the screen, then select 'Email Filters'.
  3. Click the 'Create a New Filter' button.
  4. Enter the filter name "Forward emails"
  5. In the Rules section, select 'Any header' in the first box and 'contains' in the second box.
  6. Then enter your email address (NOT the one you want to forward emails to) into the box directly below.
  7. In the Actions section, select 'Redirect to email' and into the box enter the email address that you want your email to be forwarded to.
  8. Click the 'Create' button.

Note: You should add your personalised email address to your spam allow-list/whitelist at the address you are forwarding your emails to - this is to ensure all emails get forwarded correctly and are not rejected by your forwarding address.

Important: Once emails have been forwarded to your destination address you must NEVER report them as spam e.g. if you forward emails to Hotmail you must not report/mark any of those emails as spam on the Hotmail system (even if they are spam). Your provider cannot differentiate between forwarding and actually being a spam-sender - they will think we are responsible for the spam and you will likely get us banned by them. If we become aware of any user reporting forwarded emails as spam, we reserve the right to turn off the forwarding to protect the reputation and reliability of our service.
