Question Title What is your refund policy?

Our refund policy depends on how long you have had your account:

Accounts ordered/renewed in the last 30 days: When we setup or renew your email package we have to register/renew and pay for your domain name with the relevant domain authority as part of your package. We are therefore unable to refund the first 15 of any order or renewal once it has been processed. If you cancel within 30 days of payment, the remaining amount will be refunded. If you paid by bank transfer, you must include your bank account details (account name, number and sort code) in the cancellation reason section during cancellation. Please note that if you paid by bank transfer from a non-UK bank account, we cannot provide any refunds due to the very high banking costs involved.

Accounts ordered/renewed more than 30 days ago: We cannot offer refunds for any payment made more than 30 days before the date of cancellation.
