Can I login to my email from more than one source?
You can easily access your emails from more than one computer or mobile device. There are two ways to do this:
Set ALL your email software logins (computers and mobiles) to "POP3" login type, and also set them all to leave emails on the server for say 30 days to ensure that your computers and mobiles all receive the same incoming messages to their Inbox. To do this, locate the setting in your email software - usually found on the advanced email settings page - and set it to leave your emails on the server for 30 days. The setting is usually called something like "leave a copy of messages on the server" or "keep messages on the server". If you choose this method, your emails will stay in Webmail for the period you set above, so you will still be able to use Webmail in addition to your other logins. The advantage to this method is that your account won't fill up over time because emails are downloaded to your computers/mobiles and not stored online.
Set ALL your email software logins (computers and mobiles) to "IMAP" login type. Please note that with this method all your emails in all folders will be stored in your online space, not on your computer or mobile. This means that if you send/receive a lot of emails or large emails, you will need to keep an eye on your space usage to make sure your account doesn't get full. If you choose this method, all your emails will be visible in Webmail so you will still be able to use Webmail in addition to your other logins.
