Question Title Do you automatically remove any emails from my account?

It is important to always keep enough space in your account to allow any new emails to be delivered to you. To make life easier and help you keep your account clear, older unwanted emails are automatically cleared for you, as follows:

This applies to IMAP and Webmail users only:

Spambox: Emails older than 14 days will be removed from this folder.
Junk: Emails older than 14 days will be removed from this folder.
Trash: Emails deleted more than 7 days ago will be removed from this folder.
Deleted Messages: Emails deleted more than 7 days ago will be removed from this folder.

Only the above folders are auto-cleared. No other folders are cleared in any way, so if you use IMAP or Webmail, you should keep an eye on your space usage to make sure you don't run out of space.
