Cancel your account

To cancel your account:

  1. Log in/go to Manage Account > More Actions > Cancel Account.
  2. Complete the details and click 'Next'.
  3. Check your account details then click 'Cancel Account Now'.

For security against unauthorised account termination, we require that all cancellations are submitted using the above method. You may cancel at any time however please note that if renewal is imminent you must cancel at least 24 hours before the Next Payment/Renewal Date given in Manage Account, otherwise the renewal payment will be taken and our refund policy will apply.
