Emails disappear from Inbox on some logins

Emails can be deleted from your online Inbox if you have email software/app set up at your end using POP login, and that login is set to delete emails from the server after a set period. After the POP login deletes emails from your Inbox, the emails are no longer in Webmail and will also disappear from any other IMAP logins.
To change this setup, locate any POP logins you have at your end in your email software/app and either remove the login, change the setting in your email software/app that determines how long emails are left on the server, or change the login to IMAP (recommended if you want to login from multiple computers/devices).
