Are any emails automatically removed from my account?

It is important to always keep enough space in your account to allow new emails to be delivered to you. To make life easier and help you keep your account clear, older unwanted emails are automatically deleted for you:

  • Spam/Junk: Emails older than 14 days are removed.
  • Trash/Deleted/Deleted Messages: Emails deleted more than 7 days ago are removed.

No other folders or emails are cleared automatically.
