Email software/app: Security warning when sending emails
When you send an email from your email software/app, you will likely see a warning about the security certificate or server identity. The message is simply telling you that the mailserver name you entered is not the same as our security certificate (because our certificate has to cover all customers not just one domain). The connection is completely secure and fully encrypted and you can safely accept the warning. Almost all email software/apps have an option to permanently accept the certificate so the message doesn't pop up each time you send an email.
