Manage spam filtering

Spam can be very annoying. With our service all your emails are scanned by our advanced spam detection tools and any emails that are considered spam are automatically moved to your 'spambox' folder. If you wish to check your spambox folder, there are several ways to do this:

  • Method 1: Login to Webmail and look over the emails in your spambox folder.
  • Method 2: Send a blank email from your address to (where '' is your own domain). The email you send should have the subject "7 days" (you can change this to more/less days). Within a few minutes you will receive an email listing all spam received for your address in the last 7 days. If you see an email listed that is NOT spam and is a legitimate email, you can release the email to your Inbox (instructions included in the email).
  • Method 3: If you use email software/app with IMAP login, your spambox folder will be visible along with your other folders.

If our system incorrectly filters a good email or allows spam through to your Inbox:

Remember an email is only considered spam if it is an unsolicited email from someone you have never had contact with. Many companies will send you newsletters if you have purchased from them in the past, but this is NOT spam. In those instances you should contact the company to unsubscribe from their newsletter and NOT send the email to our spam learning system. Please only send true spam emails to our system.

If you receive a good/legitimate email to your spambox folder:

If you wish to whitelist an email address so it is never marked as spam:
Please send an email to (replace with your own domain name, e.g. with the email address you wish to whitelist in the SUBJECT of the email. Leave the body of the email blank.

All the above emails to our spam system must be sent via our servers from the email address you have set up with us.
